Information we process

• Account details received from Google, X, or Apple, such as a provider identifier, name, email address when available, and profile image.
• Your profile, public Bubbles, notes, Pushes, Relays, referrals, reports, moderation history, and related activity.
• Purchase records such as Stripe customer, Checkout, payment, invoice, and refund identifiers, amounts, currencies, and statuses. Tamakoe does not receive your full card number.
• Security and technical information such as IP address, browser and device data, session cookies, request logs, and fraud or abuse signals.

Why we use it

We use this information to authenticate you, operate accounts and public content, process purchases, maintain token balances, moderate the service, prevent abuse, provide support, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability. Depending on the context, we rely on performance of our agreement with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing Tamakoe, legal obligations, or consent where required.

Public information

Tamakoe is a public message arena. Published Bubbles, the alias and badge you choose, public notes, and visible interaction totals may be seen and shared by anyone. Do not publish personal information that you do not want to make public.

Service providers

We use Supabase for authentication and data services, Cloudflare for hosting and security, Stripe for payments, and Google, X, and Apple for optional sign-in. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Data may be processed outside your country using legally recognized transfer safeguards where required.

Retention and security

We retain account information while your account is active and afterwards only as reasonably needed for security, disputes, fraud prevention, accounting, and legal obligations. Public records, payment records, and moderation audit entries may require longer retention. We use access controls, encryption in transit, signed webhooks, and security monitoring, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may ask to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, or delete personal data, subject to applicable law and necessary record retention. You may also withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and complain to your local data-protection authority. Contact support@matet.dev to make a request.

Children and policy changes

Tamakoe is not designed for children. Do not use the service if you cannot lawfully consent to data processing under the law where you live. We may update this policy as the service changes and will publish the new effective date here.
