Terms of Service

Accounts and eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms where you live. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your Google, X, or Apple account secure. Provide accurate information and notify us promptly if you believe your Tamakoe account has been compromised.

Public content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant Tamakoe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, distribute, and adapt that content as needed to operate, secure, moderate, and promote the service. Because published Bubbles are public, other people may view, link to, or share them.

Acceptable use

• Do not post unlawful content or content that infringes another person’s rights.
• Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, deceive, spam, manipulate engagement, or coordinate inauthentic activity.
• Do not probe, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass security, rate limits, moderation, or payment controls.
• Do not use Tamakoe in a way that creates material risk for other users, the service, or third parties.

Push tokens and payments

Tamakoe sells digital Push-token packs through Stripe. The price, currency, quantity, and any applicable tax are shown before purchase. Purchased Push tokens do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred outside Tamakoe. A token may be reserved while a Bubble is reviewed and returned if that submission is rejected. Refunds and cancellations are handled in accordance with applicable law; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.

Moderation and account action

We may review, limit, label, reject, remove, or preserve content, and may suspend or terminate accounts, to enforce these terms, protect users, comply with law, or maintain the service. We may retain necessary audit and transaction records after content or an account is removed.

Service availability

Tamakoe may change, pause, or discontinue features and does not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided as available and without implied warranties. We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses. These limits do not exclude liability or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Tamakoe evolves. Material changes will be presented through the service or by another reasonable method before they take effect where required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms. Contact support@matet.dev for support, account requests, or legal notices.
